Brenna Bruce - Honest Bloom / Light Catcher Wax Mage Announce Posted 26 May 2026

Brenna Bruce's double EP Honest Bloom / Light Catcher comes out this Thursday, and we are showing off the upcoming Wax Mage pressing that will be available to try and snag that day!

Also, if you haven't heard the latest single, "Something Gold," give it a listen here.

"In "Something Gold", Brenna Bruce is located in that territory where the memory acquires a different texture, questioning whether what once seemed valuable is still outside the initial emotion." -R+

"The song asks whether mourning is a strange form of alchemy, charting how moving through the end of a relationship can so often elevate the mundane into something precious, at least in one’s memories." - Various Small Flames

A Surprise Announcement for the 1 Year Anniversary of Brenna Bruce's Honest Bloom Posted 26 Apr 2026

Surprise! We are celebrating the 2 year anniversary today of the sold out tape Honest Bloom with a brand new way to listen to the EP, plus Brenna's upcoming EP Light Catcher.

Brenna Bruce is a singer-songwriter residing in Seattle, Washington. Bruce pulls from the tradition of vulnerable folk songwriting through delicate and crystalline vocal prowess akin to Courtney Marie Andrews and Emmylou Harris, with the simplicity and focus of Gillian Welch’s storytelling.

In 2026, Bruce returns with a matured sound and focused production for her sophomore project Light Catcher. Supported by the refined textures of earthy percussion, woodwinds, strings, guitars, and keys, the songs embody threads of rootlessness entangled in visceral memories of love, loss, and everything between.

We will be releasing a limited run of both EPs split (A side features Honest Bloom*, B Side features Light Catcher) on cream (/100) and black vinyl (/100), pressed at Gotta Groove Records. Each vinyl comes with a lyric insert and digital download code. Pre-orders begin today on Brenna Bruce's Bandcamp and Ghost Mountain Records.

We can't wait to share this gorgeous double EP with you! And if you haven't had a chance to listen to the first single, "Human Eyes," from Light Catcher you can check it out here.

Light Catcher releases May 28th, and the double EP vinyl ships the same day.

*The track "Move" from Honest Bloom had to omitted due to time

No Fooling! Announcing Our Next Release: Swanderer - Ballet Arcane Posted 01 Apr 2026

So stoked to finally announce our next release, the debut album from Seattle band Swanderer!

Swanderer is a new art pop ensemble from multi-instrumentalist Casey Rosebridge, featuring members of Mt Fog and Catch Rabbit. Drawing from his versatile tenure in Seattle bands ranging from churning piano punk to dancey folktronica, Swanderer charts a new course for the Catch Rabbit singer. Here, Rosebridge’s intimate and understated vocals are backed by a quietly intent kaleidoscope of whispering synthesizers and cursive guitar lines, with a compositional ingenuity and subtle emotional intensity evoking the likes of Grizzly Bear, Broadcast and Wilco.

Swanderer is Casey Rosebridge, Jack Knight, Quinton Harris, Nancy Durham and Nick Myette.

We will be releasing a limited run of black vinyl (/200), pressed at Gotta Groove Records. Each vinyl comes with a lyric / art insert and digital download code. Pre-orders begin today on Swanderer's Bandcamp and Ghost Mountain Records. The album will release on vinyl and digitally June 18th.

Also, in honor of the day, the band just released their second single,"Shoot the Clown," today! You can stream the track here.

And if you haven't heard the first single, "All This Is Ours Now," you can watch the music video below!

Mt Fog Test Pressing Winner Posted 16 Mar 2026

Thank you to everyone who pre-ordered Mt Fog's Every Stone Is Green.

Big congrats to Nicholas in Washington for being the random lucky recipient of the test pressing!

Hope you all have been enjoying the album! We have a few copies left of the exclusive "moss green" variant here and on Mt Fog's Bandcamp.

"Carolyn’s acrobatic vocals continue to nimbly dance, leap, dart, and skip through an ethereal terrain, and the trio’s adventurous and wonderfully eccentric compositions are both locked-in and freewheeling, unafraid to sometimes tiptoe the fringes of jazz, ambient, and Krautrock along their mystical journey" - Alex Ruder KEXP

Mt Fog All Packed Posted 09 Mar 2026

We are all packed up with current Every Stone Is Green pre-orders! There are so many people lovingly supporting this album, we had to snag a laundry basket from home! Thanks to everyone who has picked up the record so far.

We will be doing the drawing for the Test Pressing March 13th, so there is still time to enter by snagging the record before 11:59PM PST on March 12th. That's the cut off!

All these pre-orders will go out this Wednesday, then we will plan for another big batch the following week, so if you want to secure having the record ASAP, grab it before Wednesday morning.

Also the "moss green" version is nearing its end, and once we are out we are out, so grab the few copies remaining on here or Bandcamp while you can.

Or skip the waiting and pick up a record at Mt Fog's record release show March 12th, and get it a night early!
