A Surprise Announcement for the 1 Year Anniversary of Brenna Bruce's Honest Bloom Posted 26 Apr 2026

Surprise! We are celebrating the 2 year anniversary today of the sold out tape Honest Bloom with a brand new way to listen to the EP, plus Brenna's upcoming EP Light Catcher.



Brenna Bruce is a singer-songwriter residing in Seattle, Washington. Bruce pulls from the tradition of vulnerable folk songwriting through delicate and crystalline vocal prowess akin to Courtney Marie Andrews and Emmylou Harris, with the simplicity and focus of Gillian Welch’s storytelling.



In 2026, Bruce returns with a matured sound and focused production for her sophomore project Light Catcher. Supported by the refined textures of earthy percussion, woodwinds, strings, guitars, and keys, the songs embody threads of rootlessness entangled in visceral memories of love, loss, and everything between.



We will be releasing a limited run of both EPs split (A side features Honest Bloom*, B Side features Light Catcher) on cream (/100) and black vinyl (/100), pressed at Gotta Groove Records. Each vinyl comes with a lyric insert and digital download code. Pre-orders begin today on Brenna Bruce's Bandcamp and Ghost Mountain Records.

No Fooling! Announcing Our Next Release: Swanderer - Ballet Arcane Posted 01 Apr 2026

So stoked to finally announce our next release, the debut album from Seattle band Swanderer!

Swanderer is a new art pop ensemble from multi-instrumentalist Casey Rosebridge, featuring members of Mt Fog and Catch Rabbit. Drawing from his versatile tenure in Seattle bands ranging from churning piano punk to dancey folktronica, Swanderer charts a new course for the Catch Rabbit singer. Here, Rosebridge’s intimate and understated vocals are backed by a quietly intent kaleidoscope of whispering synthesizers and cursive guitar lines, with a compositional ingenuity and subtle emotional intensity evoking the likes of Grizzly Bear, Broadcast and Wilco.

Swanderer is Casey Rosebridge, Jack Knight, Quinton Harris, Nancy Durham and Nick Myette.

We will be releasing a limited run of black vinyl (/200), pressed at Gotta Groove Records. Each vinyl comes with a lyric / art insert and digital download code. Pre-orders begin today on Swanderer's Bandcamp and Ghost Mountain Records. The album will release on vinyl and digitally June 18th.

We are all packed up with current Every Stone Is Green pre-orders! There are so many people lovingly supporting this album, we had to snag a laundry basket from home! Thanks to everyone who has picked up the record so far.

We will be doing the drawing for the Test Pressing March 13th, so there is still time to enter by snagging the record before 11:59PM PST on March 12th. That's the cut off!

All these pre-orders will go out this Wednesday, then we will plan for another big batch the following week, so if you want to secure having the record ASAP, grab it before Wednesday morning.

Also the "moss green" version is nearing its end, and once we are out we are out, so grab the few copies remaining on here or Bandcamp while you can.

Or skip the waiting and pick up a record at Mt Fog's record release show March 12th, and get it a night early!

Mt Fog - Every Stone is Green Out in 2 Weeks + WAX MAGE ANNOUNCE Posted 02 Mar 2026

In two weeks (March 13th), Mt Fog's latest album Every Stone Is Green will be out! Lots of cool things to inform you about this one, starting with the Wax Mage announce!

This Friday, March 6th, at 10am PST we will have 3 copies (out of 7) online of the hand poured Wax Mage edition of Every Stone Is Green. There will be 2 on Bandcamp (for Bandcamp friday) and 1 here on Ghost Mountain. As always, are Wax Mage are shipped in brand new whiplash mailers. This extremely limited item will be on sale for $70. Snag it while you can, these things usually go pretty fast.

Also, for Bandcamp Friday, we will be moving some of our limited color inventory from here and on to Bandcamp (one day we will figure out shared inventory), if that is the place you prefer buying your merch.

We are starting the packing process for pre-orders, so if you have changed your address since your purchase, please email at boo@ghostmountainrecords.com with your order number and new address to ensure your packages gets to you!

Incase you didn't know. if you pre-order Mt Fog's upcoming album Every Stone Is Green on Moss Green or Black vinyl, via here or Bandcamp, you will be entered to a random drawing where one person will win this signed Test Pressing of the record!

This is the first time we have given out a test pressing like this! There are only 5 of these out there, most with the label and band, so it's very special. Comes signed on the label, in a kraft sleeve hand stamped and numbered, with a linocut stamp designed by Annabella Boatwright.

Mt Fog's upcoming record Every Stone Is Green has arrived! We will be working on getting it all together and ready to ship so all you pre-order folks can have it in hand on release day, March 13th!

You can pre-order here or on Mt Fog's Bandcamp. And remember, any order maybe from now till March 12th will be part of a random drawing where one winner will receive a signed test pressing along with their order (this will probably ship separate so you can get the order on release date).
